Attendance Tracking
Employees can track their attendance at the workplace using an ID card and terminal or via a mobile phone and computer. The rules and intervals for tracking are highly configurable, with options to log breaks and other events!
Tracking with Card and Terminal
Employees can log their arrivals and departures using an advanced registration terminal combined with ID cards or key fobs. The registration terminal also provides access to the current work schedule and allows employees to submit notifications and requests.
The terminal features an intuitive touchscreen interface, leveraging best practices from modern smartphones, ensuring ease of use for all employees.
Tracking with Mobile Phone or Computer
Employees can also track their attendance using a mobile phone or computer. You can restrict tracking to specific locations, networks, or devices to ensure employees are actually at their designated workplace.
Mobile phone tracking is ideal when using registration terminals and cards is impractical, such as for numerous small remote sites, fieldwork, or working from home.
Attendance Rules
Attendance rules are highly customizable at the organization, department, and individual levels. The modular design of rules allows for easy configuration of various tracking methods. You can set up requirements such as mandatory presence at the workplace, flexible working hours, maximum break duration, official exits, and rounding of clock-in and clock-out times.
Info Point
Employees can use the registration terminal and web portal to access their work schedule, submit and review announcements and requests, and view other relevant data (e.g., hours worked and leave balance). Notifications about schedule changes are also displayed during attendance logging.
The registration terminal and web portal also enable the capture of other data and information unrelated to work hours, such as:
- selection of meal options,
- completion of work orders.
